Hyprnote is an incredible tool! It worked flawlessly for me in versions 0.06x and 0.07x. However, after updating to version 0.080, transcription stopped working entirely. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and even tested it on a clean macOS installation, but the issue persists.

I initially used a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth headset and also experimented with different input/output configurations, unfortunately, nothing helped.

It’s really disappointing, as Hyprnote has been a valuable part of my workflow. I was genuinely looking forward to upgrading to the Pro version once the new features were rolled out.

update: on v0.0.81, everything mostly works now, as long as i select the same mic as my audio output. a little unintuitive, but works when you get it

on v0.0.81, bluetooth works on mixed-audio-tap, but that option isnt always available. How can we use that by default?

after playing around, this seems to work on the m2 speaker out, but not when any other audio out is connected (bluetooth, headphone, etc)
